Vojta is who you speak to. He runs the outreach, the discovery call and the working relationship afterwards. His job on a call is to work out whether the numbers in your practice justify the system, and to say so if they do not.

Martin Vaculík
Martin builds the websites and the automation behind them, and keeps them running once they are live. Every practice gets the same plumbing underneath, which is why a team this small can support it properly.
Why orthodontics
We picked a field where the arithmetic is unusually clear, and where a number can be checked against your own books.
In most industries you can argue for months about whether a marketing spend paid for itself. In an orthodontic practice a single case is worth a serious amount of money, and the gap between an enquiry answered in a minute and one answered the next morning shows up in the schedule.
That makes it possible to build something small, run it, count what it caught and show the practice a number it can verify. We would rather work somewhere that is possible than somewhere it is not.

Every module we offer is built and working before it appears on this website. If you ask for something we have not made yet, you will hear that instead of a yes.
Measure it, then talk about it
A system nobody counts is a system nobody can defend. Measurement is not a reporting add-on for us; it is the reason the product holds together.
The same system under every practice
Websites differ, the system does not. Identical plumbing across every client is what keeps it reliable and our response time short.
Send the report in the bad months too
Weak numbers get discussed, not buried. It is the only way the good numbers mean anything.
